母语迁移是第二语言习得过程中一个普遍存在的现象,它对成人学习者自主学习英语产生了不可忽视的影响。通过分析母语迁移现象及产生的原因,重点探讨了母语正迁移和负迁移对成人学习者英语学习效能的促进和阻碍作用,分析了成人学习者在自主学习英语过程中加强母语迁移的正效用和实现负迁移可控性的具体途径。

Native language transfer can be easily found during the process of second language acquisition, and it exerts a significant influence on adults＇ self-access English learning. Through an analysis of the phenomenon and causes of native language transfer, it mainly discusses the promoting and inhibiting effects of positive and negative native language transfer, and finally aims to explore the effec- tive ways on taking advantage of the positive effects of the native language transfer and achieving the controllability of its negative effects during the process of adults＇ self-access English learning.
