基于ISO9000原则构建学校护理本科人才质量标准

Constructing the Quality Standard of Nursing Undergraduate Talents Based on ISO9000 Principle

"质量标准"包括素质要求、核心知识、核心能力、护士角色能力及角色发展、护理相关能力5个维度72项标准。本文借鉴全面质量管理(TQM)思路,引进ISO9000标准,运用理论研究、专家会议和德尔菲(Delphi)法构建标准。研究和构建我校护理本科人才质量标准,对人才培养发展起到定向、指导和规范作用。

＂Quality standards＂ include quality requirements, core knowledge, core competencies, nurses and the role of the role of the development of nursing,related capacity of five dimensions of 72 standards. !
