摘要
本文从角色视角、过程视角、权力视角和组织产出视角对人力资源部门战略地位作了特征分析,并从人力资源部门内部、组织内部和组织外部三个层次对其影响因素进行了详细论述。
Four features orientation. And dividing external-firm level. of strategic position of HR department are discussed: role, process, power, outcome- its influencing study into three categories: HR department level, intra-firm level, and external-firm level.
