摘要
对新钢10号高炉高锌负荷对炉况的影响及应对措施进行总结。通过严格控制入炉负荷、优化布料矩阵、适当降低碱度及强化炉前管理等措施,保证了10号高炉在高锌负荷情况下炉况长期稳定顺行。
The influence of high zinc load on No. 10 blast furnace and coping measures are summarized in Xinyu Steel. By strictly controlling the charging load,optimizing the distribution matrix,reducing the alkalinity and strengthening the management of the furnace,the furnace condition of the No. 10 blast furnace is kept stable and steady with high zinc load for a long time.
