摘要
针对新钢210 t转炉炉前主操作平台隔热板因冲刷变形而造成脱落的问题,对隔热板的结构型式、安装方式进行了改造。改造后的炉前隔热板有效减小了熔渣对混凝土主梁的热辐射,规避了混凝土主梁受热粉化带来的不安全后果,降低了维修人员的劳动强度。
According to the problem of thermal baffle falloff caused by scouring deformation for the 210 t converter main operating platform in Xinyu Steel,the structure and installation mode of it are reformed. After the transformation,the thermal baffle protects the concrete girder from the heat radiation of slag,and avoid the equipment and human body harm caused by powdered concrete girder due to heating,and the labor intensity of maintenance personnel are reduced.
