摘要
无轴承永磁薄片电机应用于离心泵,可实现离心泵的完全密封,让传统离心泵的密封难题得到解决。从空间利用率的角度,设计了一种具有新型双层转子结构的无轴承永磁薄片电机,减小了电机轴向长度,分析了该磁路及悬浮力产生原理,并推导了数学模型。用软件构建了模型并进行了有限元分析,结果证明电机具有良好的工作性能,该结构设计可行。
The bearingless PM slice motor, which is used in centrifugal pump, realizes the high sealing of the pump. Considering the space utilization, a novel bearigless PM slice motor with the structure of dual rotor was designed. The motor height was reduced. The magnetic circuit and the suspension force was studied, including the radial suspension force formula and motor mathematical model. Analysis by using finite element method was conducted, which proved the possibility of the structure.
