摘要
齿槽转矩的优化是设计永磁电机时不可跨越的步骤。介绍了一种新的磁极偏移方法来削弱齿槽转矩;分析在该方法下的齿槽转矩公式后,给出了此种偏移方法的偏移角度计算公式;并用Maxwell的参数化分析模块验证了所给磁极偏移角度计算公式的正确性;总结了分组数选取的规律,并通过对样机不同分组数的有限元仿真验证了规律的正确性;然后借助有限元软件对比分析了磁极均匀分布和采用所提偏移方法时的齿槽转矩波形和各次谐波的大小。结果表明,此种偏移方法可以削弱永磁电机的齿槽转矩。
The optimization of cogging torque is one of the most step when designing the permanent magnet synchronous machine (PMSM). Put forward a new method of magnetic pole shift to weaken the cogging torque. The offset Angle calculation formula was given after analyzing the cogging torque formula of such a case. The correctness of the calculation formula was verified with the aid of finite element software. The cogging torque waveform and the size of every harmonic was compared and analyzed with and without the magnet group shifting. Results show that the shifting method can weaken the cogging torque of permanent magnet synchronous machine.
