汽车转向节盘面结瘤原因分析

摘要 通过对汽车转向节盘面结瘤体进行宏观、金相、硬度和能谱分析,认为锻造时熔化的氧化铁皮与石墨膏发生反应生成了硬度较高的亚共晶组织结瘤体,是造成钻孔困难的原因。通过降低加热温度、稀释石墨膏水溶液,加强吹扫等措施,避免了缺陷的产生,并取得了较好的效果。 With analysis in macro observation, metallographic, hardness and energy spectrum for the scaffolding body on the disc surface of spindle, it is considered that the reason to make drill difficult is that the scale melted in forging reacts with graphite grease to produce hypoeutectic structure scaffolding with higher hardness. With measures: reducing heating temperature, diluting water solution of graphite grease, enhancing sweeping, the defect is avoided, good effect got.
