干熄焦水封槽漏水时循环气体中可燃成分的控制

CONTROL OF COMBUSTIBLE COMPONENT IN CIRCULATING GAS WHEN WATER LEAKING FROM WATER SEAMING TANK IN DRY QUENCHING OF COKE

水封槽在干熄焦生产中起密封作用。分析了水封槽漏水对干熄炉操作的影响,并提出了控制措施。在水封槽漏水未得到治理前,应根据实际情况,采用燃烧法、氮气置换、降低干熄炉预存段吸力相组合的方式,控制循环气体中可燃成分含量,确保干熄焦安全运行。

The water seaming tank plays a role of seaming in dry quenching of coke. The influence of water leaking from the tank on dry quenching furnace operation is analyzed, some control measures proposed. Before water leakage being treated, it should be adopted, according to the actual situation, to use a combination of burning, nitrogen replacing and reducing suction in predictive save segment of dry quenching furnace to control the content of combustible component in the circulating gas to ensure the safety of coke dry quenching operation.
