细胞移植防治内镜下黏膜剥离术后食管狭窄研究进展

The research and prospect of cell transplantation for prevention and cure of esophageal stricture after endoscopic submucosal dissection

目的内镜黏膜概率下剥离术(endoscopic submucosal dissection,ESD)能够镜下完整切除早癌、黏膜下肿物,免除开腹手术痛苦,成为近年来临床广泛应用的一项新的内镜下治疗手段,但术后易于并发狭窄。因此,探讨防治ESD术后食管狭窄成为当前研究的热点。最新研究发现,细胞移植能更加有效防治ESD术后的食管狭窄,治疗后复发率低。

Endoscopic submucosal dissection （ESD） can achieve complete resection for early esophageal mucosa and submucosal lesions,which can avoid the pain of open operation. So,it is widely used as a new means of endoscopic treatment in clinical in recent years, but it is easy to complicate with stenosis. There- fore,to explore the prevention and treatment of esophageal stricture after ESD is becoming a research hots- pot. Although the methods of prevention and treatment of esophageal stricture include balloon dilatation, stent implantation,drugs （such as glucocorticoids and mitomycin C） are present,but a new study finds that cell transplantation can be more effective in the prevention and treatment of esophageal stricture -after ESD, and can reduce the incidence of recurrence rate after treatment. In this paper, we briefly introduce the re- search and prospect of cell transplantation for prevention of esophageal stricture after endoscopic submuco- sal dissection.
