摘要
本文分析了"十二五"时期以来我国非化石能源发展总体形势,重点描述了2016年非化石能源发展情况和面临的主要问题,对2017年发展形势做了展望,提出了相关促进非化石能源发展的政策措施建议。
This paper summarizes the situation of non-fossil fuel sector in China since the 12^th Five-Year-Plan, and puts its focuses on the non-fossil fuel status of year 2016. By analyzing the challenges of non-fossil fuels are facing, this paper looks into the future of China＇s non-fossil fuel in year 2017, and puts forward the policy recommendations.
