摘要 分析了供水站高压水泵控制系统经常出现的高温烧蚀、触头振动、启动异常等情况。通过研究测试和对比分析,制定出合理的解决方案并进行技改,既降低了水泵控制系统关键元器件的运行温升,又提高了水泵控制系统的运行可靠性和稳定性,保障了连续稳定的水量供给,减少了维修工时和劳动强度,增加了企业经济效益。 The study diagnosed the common issues of high temperature ablation, contact vibration and start abnormality of the high pressure water pump control system in a water supply station. Through the study and analysis of testing results and data comparison, a reasonable solution was proposed and retrofitting was carried out to decrease the operating temperature rise of the key components of the pump control system, and to improve the operating reliability and stability of the pump control system. Thus, the continuous and steady water supply increased the economic benefit for the enterprise via reducing the working hours for maintenance and labor intensity.
