沙格列汀治疗老年糖尿病的效果观察

Effects of Saxagliptin in Elderly Diabetes

目的 探析老年糖尿病患者应用沙格列汀治疗的临床效果.方法 选取我院2015年6月-2016年6月收治的98例老年糖尿病患者,随机分为对照组（n=49）和观察组（n=49）.对照组给予二甲双胍治疗,观察组给予沙格列汀治疗,观察两组的临床疗效、心肌酶水平及肝肾功能状况.结果 观察组与对照组的总有效率差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,但观察组的显效率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）.观察组心肌酶水平明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）,肝肾功能明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论 应用沙格列汀治疗老年糖尿病临床效果确切,可有效改善患者心肌酶水平及肝肾功能.

Objective To explore clinical effects of saxagliptin in elderly diabetes. Methods 98 elderly patients with diabetes mellitus from Jun. 2015 to Jun. 2016 were randomly divided into control group（ n=49 ）and observation group（ n = 49 ）. Metformin was used in control group and saxagliptin was used in observation group. Clinical efficacy, levels of myocardial enzymes, liver and kidney function were observed. Results There was no significant difference in total effective rate between the two groups（P 〉0.05 ）. The obvious effective rate was significantly higher in observa- tion group than that in control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Levels of myocardial enzymes were higher in observation group than those in control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Liver and kidney function was significantly better in observation group than that in control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion There are definite effects of saxagliptin for the treatment of elderly diabetes, which can improve myocardial enzyme levels as well as liver and kidney function effectively.
