摘要
目的探索有利于提高灾害护理队成员应急救援能力的教育培训体系。方法通过组建一支由执业护士组成的灾害护理应急救援队,拟定详细的培训方案及培训内容,组成专业的考评小组,对学员的技术水平、沟通交流、心理素质等进行评价。结果共有18名在职执业护士纳入灾害护理预备队,56%为男性,平均年龄为24岁;队员的整体学历层次较高。通过系统的培训,考评小组认为队员在救援技术水平、沟通能力、心理素质及应变能力方面有显著提高(90.9%、72.7%、63.6%、81.8%)。结论科学、合理的灾害救援培训方案及考核激励机制能够有效提升灾害护理预备队的综合应急救援能力,为医院打造一支专业化、高水平的护理应急救援力量。
VExploring the education and training system to improve the emergency rescue capability of disaster nursing team members. Methods Conducting a disaster nursing emergency rescue team composed of nurse practitioners, developing training plan and detailed training content; evalua- ting the professional and technical level, communication ability and psychological quality of trainee. Results A total of 18 registered nurses were rescued,of whom 56% were male. The mean age was24 years old and the overall education level was high. After systematic training,the members' capacity of rescue skills, communication, psychological quality and strain capacity was improved(90.0% ,72+ 7% ,63.6% ,81.8% respectively). Conclusion Scientific and reasonable disaster rescue training programs and assessment incentive mechanism can improve the comprehensive emergency rescue capability of disaster nursing reserve team effectively, establishing a professional, high level emergency rescue force for the hospital.
