双创背景下的职业院校就业指导课教学改革

Reform of Employment Guidance Course in Vocational Schools in the Background of Innovation and Entrepreneurship

就业指导课是职业院校学生的必修课,对于提高学生的职业素养和就业质量有着重要作用。在大众创业、万众创新的背景下,职业院校要分析目前就业指导课存在的问题,以党和国家有关创新创业教育的精神为指导,提高认识,调整课程目标,加强课程管理,实施体验式教学模式,加强师资队伍建设,全面提高就业指导课的质量,服务学生就业。

Employment guidance course is a compulsory course for vocational school students; it is of great help in enhancing students＇ professional quality and employment quality. In the background of mass innovation and public entrepreneurship, vocational schools should analyze problems in employment guid- ance course, follow the guidance our government. We need to enrich our knowledge, stress course management and adopt experiential teaching mode. We also should reinforce teaching-staff training to improve quality of employment guidance course to enhance employment service.
