摘要
运用数据包络分析法(DEA),选取住房公积金实缴职工数和缴存额作为投入指标,发放贷款笔数、发放贷款金额、个贷率和增值收益作为产出指标,对我国住房公积金制度运行效率进行测算,并从有效性、规模收益等方面对结果进行分析,最后提出改进措施.
By using data envelopment analysis method and selecting the number of paid workers and deposit amount as input indicators, and loans, loan amount, the number of loan rates and value-added income as output indicators, the operating efficiency of the housing provident fund system in China is calculated, and the effectiveness and returns to scale and other aspects are analysed and finally the improvement advices are put forward.
