互联网+船舶交通管理系统应用构想

摘要 在当前互联网+应用发展迅速的情况下,提出一种互联网+船舶交通管理系统的应用构想,设计系统架构,介绍主要功能,开展技术可行性分析。该系统可辅助开展船舶交通信息服务,节省甚高频信道资源,减轻值班人员工作负担,有一定研发建设价值。 With the rapid development of Intemet+ application, the paper proposes the conception for the application of Intemet+ ship traffic control system, designs the framework of the system, introduces the major fimctions, and makes analysis on the technical feasibility. Being capable of providing assistance in ship graffic information service, saving VHF channel resources, and easing the workload of those on duty, the system is worth researching and developing.
