针对广州海岸电台NAVTEX业务播发开环管理情况,通过设立监测点,对接收回来的所有报文与海岸电台NAVTEX播发的底稿进行比对,得到误码率和接收率,实现了对广州海岸电台NAVTEX播发的闭环管理。

In view of the open-loop management of the NAVTEX broadcasting of Guangzhou Coast Station, all the messages received are compared with the manuscripts of the station for broadcasting through establishing monitor points. Thtts, error rate and acceptance rate is obtained and closed-loop management is realized for the NAVTEX broadcasting of Guangzhou Coast Station.
