摘要
单纯的锌镍镀层和KH-560硅烷膜的耐蚀性均为不佳。以KH-560作硅烷偶联剂、锌镍作掺杂颗粒,在碳钢表面沉积含有锌镍颗粒的KH-560复合膜。通过Tafel极化曲线、电化学阻抗谱及中性盐雾腐蚀表征了该复合膜的耐腐蚀性能,并将其与磷化膜、锌镍镀层及KH-560膜进行了比较;通过红外光谱和EDS能谱分析了复合膜的化学成分,通过SEM表征了其微观结构。结果显示:掺杂有锌镍颗粒的KH-560复合膜比其他膜都具有致密的结构和优异的耐腐蚀性能。
KH-560 composite film modified with zinc-nickel particles was deposited on carbon steel by using KH-560 as silane coupling agent and zinc-nickel as doped particles.Measurement of Tafel polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy as well as neutral salt spray test was employed to characterize the corrosion resistance of composite film,and then the composite film was compared with the phosphate films,zinc-nickel coating and KH-560 film.Fourior transform infra-red (FTIR) spectrometer and energy disperse spectrometer (EDS) were used to analyze the chemical components of composite film,and the micro-structure was studied by scanning electronic microscope(SEM).Results showed that the KH-560 composite film modified with zinc-nickel particles possessed denser structure and better corrosion resistance than other films.
