边坡灾害监测预警物联网系统及工程应用 被引量:35

摘要 为了解决倾斜顺层岩质边坡监测预警所面临的预测困难、监测布点繁多等难题.基于恒阻大变形锚索与滑坡体之间的相互作用力学原理,运用物联网技术,提出了恒阻大变形锚索子系统、双路数据通讯子系统、数据接收处理子系统和智能供电子系统,研发了边坡灾害监测预警物联网系统,完善了监测预警模式,实现了对顺层岩质边坡的加固-监测-预警一体化功能.对本钢集团南芬露天矿"10-0731滑坡"和"10-0805滑坡"的成功预警表明,边坡灾害监测预警物联网系统能够实现对倾斜顺层岩质边坡灾害的超前预警. In order to deal with inaccurate forecast and numerous monitoring sites in slope monitoring and early-warning work,slope disaster monitoring and early warning network system were developed.Based on the interaction mechanics principle between constant resistance and large deformation cable and landside mass,the internal force in the landslide body was detected by the constant resistance and large deformation cable.Test points were configured using the emerging Internet of things technology.Combined with the Zigbee short-range wireless communication and Beidou satellite/GPRS technology,constant resistance and large deformation cable subsystem,intelligent power supply subsystem,two-way data communication subsystem,data receiving and processing subsystem were designed.Round-the-clock continuous work of the entire system was guaranteed and the process and analysis of sliding force data were carried out.The reinforcement-monitor-early warning integration function for slope was realized.Nanfen open-pit mine of the Benxi Iron and Steel Group implementation shows that the Internet of Things on sliding force monitor and early warning is capable of long-term stable operation and massive precious sliding force data has been obtained.
