摘要 探讨ASME锅炉及压力容器规范第Ⅲ卷第Ⅰ册NE分卷MC级部件焊后热处理温度范围,模拟焊后热处理的目的意义。结合焊后热处理的预期目的、材料特性、结构特点、工程建造等综合考虑制定焊后热处理的工艺参数及加热方式,并提出局部焊后热处理加热方式可借鉴ASME第Ⅷ卷第Ⅰ册。 The paper discusses on the PWHT temperature range and purpose of SPWHT of MC Components in ASME boiler and pressure vessel code section Ⅲ division Ⅰ subsection NE,establishes the process parameters and heat methods of PWHT in the view of the expected purpose of PWHT, material propellies, structural characteristics and engineering construction etc. and brings forward the theory that the heat method of local PWHT can refer to ASME Section Ⅷ division Ⅰ .
