摘要
本文利用PLC的顺序控制设计方法 ,首先划分供料单元的步骤,然后根据MCGS组态监控中的数据对象,确定供料单元每步顺序动作的跳转条件、执行内容和跳转目标,再绘制供料单元的顺序流程图。最后引入中间数值变量STEP,依据顺序流程图编写供料单元的脚本程序,实现供料单元的组态模拟仿真设计,进而为与PLC程序实现同步运行、组态监控提供基础。
This paper uses sequential control design method of PLC. Step feeding unit is divided at first, and identifies feeding unit's each step sequence jump conditions, executive contents and jump targets based on MCGS monitoring data objects. Then draw a order flow chart of feeding unit. Finally middle numerical variable STEP is introduced, script program of feeding unit is written in order according to the flow chart, configuration simulation design of feeding unit is achieved, to provide the basis for synchronous operation and configuration monitoring with PLC program.
