摘要
同时具有高硬度与高韧性特性的硬质合金成为近年来该领域的研究热点。对3种类型截齿制备的7个试件,采用X射线能谱仪和洛氏硬度计分别对其元素含量分布及硬度进行了检测分析。结果表明:所有的试样都是WC-Co基硬质合金;(Co+Ni)可以提高硬质合金的韧性,同时也会降低其硬度;添加剂TaC、TiC可以提高硬质合金的硬度,TaC、TiC对合金硬度的增强作用明显超过Co、Ni的削弱作用。
Cemented carbide with high hardness and high toughness properties has become a hot research area in recent years. Seven specimens of three graded cemented carbide were investigated in detail for the element content distribution and hardness by using X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy and rockwell apparatus. Results show that all the specimens are WC-Co based cemented carbide. The addition of Co and Ni enhances the toughness,while reduces the hardness of cemented carbide. The additives TaC,TiC enhance hardness of WC-Co based cemented carbide. The enhancing effect of TaC and TiC on the hardness of cemented carbide greatly surpasses the weakening effect caused by the addition of Co and Ni.
