摘要
本文为6L190燃气发动机设计一款电控混合器。首先,依据燃气发动机的基本参数,运用数学公式确定混合器的结构参数,并运用ANSYS CFX对设计好的混合器进行流体仿真分析。其次,通过仿真分析发现模型存在的问题,通过增加导流棒实现混合器的设计优化。最后,分析额定工况下混合器的压力云图、空气流速矢量图、燃气流速矢量图以及空燃比波动情况。通过本文的阐述,为6L190燃气发动机设计一款合适的混合器,从而有效的实现发动机的可靠运行。
An electric mixer for the 6L190 gas engine is designed. Firstly, based on the basic parameters of the engine, the structural parameters of the mixer is determined using the mathemati- cal formula, and fluid simulation analysis of the mixer is conducted with ANSYS CFX. Secondly, is- sues in the model were identified through the simulation analysis, and the design of the mixer is opti- mized by adding a guide rod. Finally, the pressure nephogram, air flow velocity vector diagram, flow velocity vector diagram and A/F ratio fluctuation under the rated conditions are analyzed. designed mixer helps achieve stable operation of the engine.
