摘要
基于喷射压力对燃烧、排放、噪音的影响,说明油轨压力精准控制的重要性。通过分析不同的轨压调节方式,指出其优缺点。针对不同的闭环反馈参数,对比不同控制回路反馈参数对轨压控制精度的影响。从控制算法出发,讨论了不同算法对轨压控制的精度和响应速度。基于共轨系统模型分析,介绍了不同的共轨系统建模思想和相应的模型运用对象。根据轨压采样原理,阐述了不同滤波方法对轨压偏差的影响。最后对柴油机油轨压力控制的研究进行了总结与展望。
Based on the influence of injection pressure on combustion, emission and noise, the importance of precise control of diesel rail pressure is illustrated. Advantages and disadvantages of different rail pressure control methods are identified through analysis.For different closed-loop feed- back parameters, the influence of feedback parameters of different control loops on the accuracy of rail pressure control is compared. From the control algorithm, the precision and response speed of different algorithms to the rail pressure control are discussed. Based on the common rail system mod- el analysis, the different modeling ideas and the corresponding model application object are intro- duced. According to the principle of rail pressure sampling, the influence of different filtering meth- ods on the rail pressure deviation is expounded. At last, the research progress on common rail pres- sure control of diesel engine is summarized and forecasted.
