基于预见理念为导向的护理措施对髋关节置换术后患者的影响

Influence of foresight concept-based nursing measures for the patients after hip replacement

目的:探讨基于预见理念为导向的护理措施应用于髋关节置换术后患者的效果。方法:选取我院于2011年8月~2016年5月收治的84例股骨头坏死患者为研究对象,所有患者均开展髋关节置换术。将患者随机等分为对照组和研究组,对照组实施传统的护理干预,研究组则在对照组基础上引入基于预见性理念为导向的护理干预措施。记录两组患者平均住院时间、并发症发生情况以及护理满意度。结果:研究组患者平均住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者并发症少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于行髋关节置换术患者,引入基于预见性护理理念,有助于缩短患者住院时间,且能降低患者并发症发生率,取得较为满意的效果。

Objective： To discuss the effect of application of foresight-based nursing measures in the patients after hip replacement. Methods： Selected 84 patients with femoral head necrosis admitted in our hospital from August 2011 to May 2016 as the research object,and all patients received hip replacement.The patients were divided into control group and research group randomly,the traditional nursing interference was given for the control group,and the foresight concept-based nursing interference measures were introduced to the research group on the basis of the control group. The average hospitalization period,occurring of complications and nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups were recorded. Results： The average hospitalization period of patients in the research group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The complications in the research group were fewer than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The satisfaction of the research group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： For the patients receiving hip replacement,introducing the foresight-based nursing concept could reduce the patients＇ hospitalization period,reduce the incidence rate of complications,with nursing satisfaction.
