信息支持对血液透析患者不确定感的影响

Influence of information support on uncertainty of hemodialysis patients

目的:探讨信息支持对血液透析患者疾病不确定感的影响。方法:选取本院2015年1月~2016年1月收治的血液透析患者60例,将其随机等分为观察组与对照组,观察组由医务人员提供相关疾病及康复等针对性信息指导,对照组进行医院常规护理指导,比较两组患者不同时期的疗效、疾病不确定感量表、不确定感4项评分、抑郁自评表(SDS)、焦虑自评表(SAS)及Herth量表(希望量表)评分。结果:观察组患者疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),不确定感量表评分、疾病不确定感4项评分、SAS,SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),不同时期希望量表等级水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对血液透析患者提供专业性针对性的信息支持,能显著降低患者疾病不确定感。

Objective： To discuss the influence of information support on illness uncertainty of hemodialysis patients. Methods： Selected 60 cases of hemodialysis patients admitted to our hospital in the period from January 2015 to January 2016,and they were equally divided into observation group and control group at random,targeted information guide of related diseases and rehabilitation was offered by the medical personnel to the observation group,and routine cure guidance was given to control group,and the patients from these two groups were compared in curative effect,illness uncertainty scale,uncertainty-related four items scoring,and scores of self-rating depression scale（ SDS）,self-rating anxiety scale（ SAS） and Herth scale（ hope scale） in different stages. Results： The patients from observation group had a better curative effect（ P〈0. 05）,lower scores of illness uncertainty scale,uncertainty-related four items,SAS,and SDS（ P〈0. 05）,and a higher grade of Herth scale（ P〈0. 05） in different stages than those from control group. Conclusion： With professional and targeted information support to hemodialysis patients,their uncertainty of illness could be significantly reduced.
