慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者应用出院计划服务的效果评价

Evaluation of application effect of discharge plan service on the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的:评价慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者应用出院计划服务的效果。方法:选择2014年1月~2015年12月我院住院的120例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者随机等分为对照组和观察组。对照组接受常规护理和随访,观察组在此基础上实施出院护理计划服务。比较两组患者肺功能和生活质量。结果:出院6个月后观察组患者肺功能显著高于对照组,生活质量显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:出院计划服务实现了以患者和家庭为核心的护理模式,增强了患者主动参与疾病管理和维护自身健康的意识,有效改善肺功能,提高慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的生活质量。

Objective： To evaluate the application effect of discharge plan service on the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods： Selected 120 cases of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to our hospital in the period from January 2014 to December 2015,and they were equally divided into control group and observation group at random. The patients in the control group received routine nursing and follow-visit,and the patients in the observation group implemented the discharge nursing plan service. The patients from two groups were compared for their lung functions and life quality. Results： The patients from observation group had their lung functions significantly improved and a better life quality than those from control group 6 months after discharge（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The discharge plan service realized the curing mode with patients and their families as core,enhanced the awareness of these patients to actively take part in disease management and maintain their health,effectively improve their lung functions and improve their life quality of the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
