品管圈在神经内科预防非计划性拔管中的应用

Application of quality control circle in the prevention of unplanned extubation in neurology department

目的:探讨品管圈活动在神经内科置管患者非计划性拔管中的应用效果。方法:选取我科2015年3~12月(品管圈活动实施前)置管患者中的34例作为对照组,2016年1~8月(品管圈活动实施后)置管患者中40例作为观察组,成立品管圈活动小组,确立主题,制定计划,分析神经内科置管患者非计划性拔管的原因并制定措施,实施持续质量改进。结果:观察组患者非计划性拔管的发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:品管圈活动不仅提高了护士的综合素质和沟通协调能力,而且使神经内科患者非计划性拔管事件的发生率明显减少,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective： To discuss the effect of application of quality control circle in the prevention of unplanned extubation of patients with catheters in neurology department. Methods： Selected 34 cases of patients with catheters admitted to our department in the period from March to December 2015（ before implemented of quality control circle program）,and they were taken as control group; selected 40 cases of patients with catheters admitted to our department in the period from January to August 2016（ after implemented of quality control circle program）,and they were taken as observation group; a quality control circle team was established,to determine the research topic,work out the corresponding plan,analyze the causes of unplanned extubation of patients with catheters in neurology department and develop the corresponding measures,for the implementation of continuous quality improvement. Results： The patients from observation group had a lower occurrence rate of unplanned extubation than those from control group,and the difference was of statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Through implementation of quality control circle program,the comprehensive quality,communication and coordination skills of nurses were improved,and the occurrence rate of unplanned extubation in neurology department was significantly reduced,therefore,it was of higher application value.
