摘要
为了对钢管混凝土系杆拱桥进行有效的监测,确保其运营安全,以东莞市大汾北水道特大桥为工程背景,基于Midas Civil对该桥进行了有限元分析,介绍了该桥健康监测系统设计的指导思想、系统集成及总体框架流程、监测内容、监测点布设方案及各大子系统的功能和数据远程传输组网方案。最后,基于在线监测系统实测数据,对该桥运营状态进行了安全评估。结果表明:该桥总体受力和变形量值不大,均小于理论计算值,处于正常的范围;桥梁总体处于安全、可控的状态。
In order to monitor the concrete-filled steel tube tied arch bridge effectively,and to ensure operational safety,in the engineering background of Dafenbei Shuidao Super Large Bridge in Dongguan,the finite element analysis for this bridge was completed based on Midas Civil at first. This paper introduced the design guiding principle, system integration,framework flow,monitoring content and survey point distribution,the function of each subsystems,data remote transmission and networking technology of the bridge health monitoring system. At last,the running safety status of this bridge was evaluated based on the data measured by the on-line monitoring system. The results show that the total stress and deformation are not large,the values are less than the theoretical calculating values and all the numbers fall within normal ranges. The bridge is in a safe,controllable operating state totally.
