摘要
数控铣削是工科高校工程实践教学中的重要项目之一,其面向众多专业、不同年级学生授课。针对这一情况,开展了数控铣削分层次教学设计的探索与实践。通过有针对性地设定教学目标、设计教学内容、多形式地开展教学活动,有效激发了低年级学生的工程兴趣,培养了工科学生的动手实践能力,提高了机械专业学生的专业素养和创新意识,满足了不同层次学生需求,取得了良好的教学效果。
Numerical control milling training is one of the important projects in engineering practice teaching in engineering colleges. It is designed for many professional,different grades of students. In view of this situation,we have carried out the exploration and practice of the hierarchical teaching design of NC milling. We set teaching objectives,designed teaching content,and carried out various forms teaching activities,and these measures effectively stimulated the junior students' interest in engineering training,developed the practice ability of engineering students,improved the professional quality and created consciousness of mechanical professional students. It meets with the needs of students with different levels,and achieves good teaching effect.
