基底节区缺血性卒中患者静息态功能磁共振度中心度的研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的采用静息态功能磁共振成像技术,探讨基底节区脑梗死患者度中心度(DC)的改变。方法采集10例左侧基底节区脑梗死患者的亚急性期和慢性期静息态功能磁共振成像数据,对照组为10例年龄、性别与患者匹配的健康正常志愿者,计算受试者的DC值,观察患者在不同时期DC值相比正常对照改变的脑区,以及患者两个时期之间DC值有差异的脑区。结果与对照组相比,脑梗死患者亚急性期健侧楔前叶、顶上小叶和颞上回DC升高,患侧额中上回DC降低,慢性期小脑蚓、健侧楔前叶和扣带回后部DC升高;梗死患者自身两时期间比较,亚急性期患侧中央前回、颞上回和缘上回DC升高,慢性期小脑蚓、健侧小脑半球和患侧楔前叶DC升高。结论度中心度作为一种基于体素水平描述脑网络属性的图论分析方法,可以为分析梗死导致的脑功能重组和脑网络属性改变提供新的视角。 Objective To study the changes of degree centrality (DC) of the resting-state fMRI in basal ganlia stroke. Meth- ods The resting-state fMRI data of 10 ischemic stroke patients with left basal ganllia area lesion under subacute stage, chronic phase and 10 normal controls were taken. The three groups of data were performed DC analysis. Results Compared with normal controls, in subacute stage, DC increased in contralateral precuneus, superior parietal lobule and superior temporal gyms, de- creased in the ipsilateral middle and superior frontal gyms, in chronic phase, DC increased in vermis, contralateral precuneus and posterior cingulated, compared between two stages of the patients, in vermis, contralateral cerebellar hemispheres and ipsilateral precuneus, DC was higher under subacute stage, in ipsilateral precentral gyms, superior temporal gyrus and supramarginal, DC was higher under chronic phase. Conclusion Based on graph theory, DC can investigate the whole-brain functional networks in the voxel-wise, It might be an appealing alternative approach for further study the adaptive reorganization of brain function and net- work architecture change after stroke.
