摘要
[目的]通过电子克隆技术对高丛越桔UFGT基因进行预测。[方法]以笃斯越橘UFGT序列为探针,基于NCBI中高丛越桔的EST数据库和CAP3在线软件进行序列拼接,利用生物信息学数据库及相关软件对其结构和功能进行预测分析。[结果]高丛越桔UFGT基因全长1 789 bp,包含1 161 bp的开放阅读框,编码386个氨基酸,该蛋白为亲水性蛋白。[结论]本研究为进一步解释基因的分子功能奠定理论及实验基础。
[Objective]Using electronic cloning technology to predict UFGT gene of Vaccinium corymbosum. [Methods]Taking Vacciniumuliginosum UFGT sequence as the probe sequence ,based on EST sequence from NCBI and assembled by CAP3 sequence assembly programme ,using bioinformatics database and related software to predict the structure and function analysis.[Results]The full length of UFGT gene was 1 789 bp and it contained a 1161 bp ORF ,encoding 386 amino acid and the protein is a hydrophilic protein.[Conclusion]The study can provide theoretical and experimental basis for further explain of molecular genetic function.
