摘要
苦叶菜是福建省闽南地区一道地道风味的菜肴。近年来,其栽培面积逐年上升,成为当地农民增收的主要方式。本文介绍了苦叶菜的营养成分与保健功效,概述了其生物学特性,并总结了苦叶菜高产栽培技术,旨在为苦叶菜的推广和科学种植提供参考。
Patriniae Herba is a native cuisine in the southern region of Fujian Province.In recent years, its cultivated area has increased year by year,and become the main way to increase the income of local farmers.In this paper,the nutrition component and health care function of Patriniae Herba were introduced,the cultivation techniques were summarized,in order fo provide reference for extension planting of Patriniae Herba.
