摘要
分析了采用高效液相色谱法测定五氟磺草胺含量时各种不确定度分量的来源并加以评定,以为实验室质量管理和控制提供科学依据。评定程序和方法在类似试验的不确定度评定中有借鉴作用。
Uncertainty in determination of effective component content in 22% penoxsulam SC by HPLC was evaluated ,and its source was analyzed in this paper.The aim of reasonable evaluation of uncertainty of measurement is to provide scientific basis for the laboratory quality management and control.The procedure and method of evaluation are useful for uncertainty evaluation of penoxsulam in the similar experiments.
