摘要
烟夹烘烤是一种减工降本、提质增效的密集烘烤技术,该技术是我国密集烘烤的发展方向之一。综述了烟夹烘烤的发展过程及研究现状,分析了目前烟夹烘烤存在的问题,并对烟夹烘烤提出了发展建议。
Tobacco clamping curing is a type of bulk curing technology ,which can not only reduce labor and cost,but also improve tobacco quality and increase economic benefits significantly. And it would be one of development direction of flue-curing in China.The paper introduced the development and research status of tobacco clamping curing.Some problems in tobacco clamping curing were analyzed.At last ,the development suggestions of tobacco clamping curing were proposed.
