科技成果管理是整个科技活动的重要组成部分,农业科技成果历年来越来越受到国家的重视。本文通过对农业科技成果特点的分析以及对成果管理过程中科技成果登记、鉴定(评价)、报奖、应用转化等方面内容的探讨,进一步梳理了加强科技成果管理的相关策略,以期为科技成果管理人员提供一些借鉴。

Management of scientific and technological achievements is an important part of the activities of science and technology ,which has been paid more and more national attention over the years.In this article ,through the analysis of the characteristics of agricuhural scientific and technological achievements, and the discussion on registration, identification （evaluation）, applying for awards, application of scientific and techn- ological attainments in the process of achievements management,further combed the relevant strategy of strengthen the managers of scientific and technological achievements, in order to provide some reference for the management of scientific and technological achievements.
