摘要 D08-32捣固车网络控制系统中,激光准直系统用于提高捣固车直线作业精度,激光电机控制是关键技术。为进一步提高激光准直系统作业精度,以及提高作业效率,设计了一款基于DSP的激光电机控制器,以实现激光电机PID超调控制及过流保护功能,详细介绍了激光电机控制器总体及软件、硬件设计。试验与应用表明:该控制器功能完善、性能良好,大大降低了现场应用故障率,整体上提高了激光准直系统的稳定性和可靠性。 In D08-32 tamper network control system, laser collimation system is used to improve the precision of linear tamper operation, and motor control is the key technology. In order to further improve the accuracy of laser collimation system, and improve the working efficiency, a laser power controller based on DSP was designed to realize laser motor PID overshoot control and overcurrent protection function. The general structure, software and hardware design of laser motor controller was introduced in detail. The verification and application showes that the controller has perfect function and good performance, which can reduce the application failure rate, and improve the stability and reliability of laser collimation system.
