陆天福,上海知名的砚刻工艺家。1944年上海松江县人,从小受中科院昆虫画家的父亲启蒙,在幼年就跟随土山湾修道士学习绘画。百年前的徐家汇土山湾,曾经是远东最大的天主教教区,是”海派文化”的发祥地,是西洋美术在中国发展的摇篮。
Lu Tianfu is a well-known inkslab carver in Shanghai. At the age of 19, he was employed by Shanghai Institute of Arts and Crafts, and studied as the eldest disciple under the tutelage of famous inkslab carving master Zhang Jing＇ an.
