The Design of an Emergency Broadcasting System Based on Multi-network Integration

针对应急广播覆盖网络的不断发展与进步，提出一种基于DVB—C、DTMB、FM—RDS、IP、GPRS的多网融合的应急广播系统，详细阐述了其总体技术架构、各级平台的工作原理，以及主要设备的技术功能，实践证明，该多网融合的应急广播系统建成后，取得了良好的效果。

Aiming at the continuous development and progress of emergency broadcast coverage network, this paper puts forward an multi-network integrated emergency broadcasting system based on DVB-C, DTMB/FM- RDS/IP/GPRS, and elaborates its overall technical architecture, working principle of the platform at all levels, and the technical function of the main equipment. It has proved that the multi -network integrated emergency broadcasting system has got good effect.
