CTV-IV型乙酸乙烯酯催化剂驯化过程对乙酸乙烯酯装置的稳定运行及产品收率有直接的影响,通过对已使用的CTV-IV型乙酸乙烯酯催化剂开车驯化过程的分析与评价,总结出适合装置运行的工艺条件,进一步优化新投用催化剂的开车条件和驯化方法,制定合理的开车、驯化方案,保证催化剂的安全性、稳定性、可靠性和使用寿命。

The process of domestication of CTV-IV vinyl acetate catalyst has a direct effect on the stable operation and product yield of vinyl acetate plant. Based on analysis of the domestication process of CTV-IV vinyl acetate catalyst,the processing conditions suitable for operation of the plant were concluded to further optimize the launching conditions and domestication methods of the new catalyst,and make reasonable launching and domestication program to ensure the safety,stability,reliability and service life of the catalyst for domestication.
