摘要
由于某炼化企业重整装置增压机机组控制采用的是半自动操作,存在操作强度大、调节不灵敏等问题,通过新增串联机组负荷分配控制、单台压缩机转速与防喘振阀解耦控制等优化方案,不仅让压缩机得以更加安全地运行,减少了装置工艺波动,还可获得较好的经济效益。
As a result of the semi-automatic operation of the turbocharger unit control of the reforming unit of the refinery enterprise,there are some defects as high operation intensity and the insensitive regulation. By adding a series of load sharing control and a single compressor speed and anti-surge valve decoupling control optimization program,the compressor was able to operate more securely,the plant process fluctuations were reduced,which helped to get better economic benefits.
