摘要
采用ARKAL公司生产的SPIN KLIN型叠片式过滤器对进入阳离子交换器的新水进行过滤,过滤器出水浊度偏高,经分析后认为是由过滤器叠片间隙小、铁锈垢堵塞叠片间的过滤沟槽和过滤器反洗参数设置不合理造成的。通过调整叠片间隙、酸洗消除叠片内铁锈垢和缩短过滤器反洗时间参数等措施,叠片式过滤器出水浊度明显下降,过滤效果得到提升。
The SPIN KLIN disc filter produced by Israel ARKAL Company was used to filter influent before entering the cation exchanger,and the effluent turbidity of disc filter was high. It was concluded that the causes were too small filter disc gap,block of the filter channel between discs by rust dirt,and unreasonable filter backwash parameters. A series of solutions were proposed,including adjusting filter disc gap,acid soaking and washing the filter disc contaminated by rust dirt,and shortening the filter backwash time parameters. Through the above measures,disc filter effluent turbidity decreased obviously,and filtering effect was improved.
