三种不同材料用于邻面龋填充后牙周微生态变化的分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察3种不同的充填材料对邻面龋患者牙周微生态变化的影响。方法将90例邻面龋患者随机分3组,分别采用玻璃离子水门汀、光敏复合树脂、银汞合金3种不同材料充填。在充填修复后1个月和6个月时间点对牙周微生态状况进行临床分析。结果银汞合金组充填后6个月菌斑指数(PLI)、牙龈指数(GI)、探诊深度(PD)与充填后1个月比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论玻璃离子水门汀和光敏复合树脂由于其理化性能特征,对牙周组织健康有一定的损伤影响,银汞合金仍是治疗磨牙邻面龋的优选材料。 Objective To observe the periodontal microecological changes caused by 3 different filling materials in patients with proximal dental caries.Methods 90 patients with proximal dental caries were randomly divided into three groups and were treated with glass ionomer cement,light-cured composite resin or silver amalgam filling,respectively.The periodontal microenvironment at 1 month and 6 months after the filling were analyzed.Results The plaque index(PLI),gingival index(GI) and probing depth(PD) in silver amalgam filling group at 6 months were significantly different from those at 1 month after filling(P〈0.05).Conclusion The first choice of filling material for proximal caries in molars is silver amalgam;glass ionomer cement and light-cured composite resin have some negative effects on periodontal tissue health due to their physical and chemical properties.
