摘要
设计了一种大热输入药芯焊丝,在341k J/cm大热输入焊接条件下,焊缝金属中生成了相互交叉互锁的针状铁素体AF组织,该组织阻碍了裂纹的扩展,提高了焊缝金属的冲击韧性。
Developed a high heat input flux cored wire, under 341 k J/cm high heat input welding conditions, in the weld metal the acicular ferrite AF group of interlock was generated, it hindered the extension of crack, to improve the impact toughness of weld metal.
