油浸性矿层综放工作面综合防灭火技术

摘要 目前国内外防治综放工作面自然发火时仅采用单纯的防火技术,而未将瓦斯防治与火灾防治统筹考虑,造成采用的防火技术效果下降。为此,研究出一套既能使工作面瓦斯不超限,又能有效防治工作面自然发火的综合防火防瓦斯技术至关重要。本文结合海石湾煤矿煤层自然发火条件,对自然发火防治技术进行了详细的分析,得出油浸性煤层综采工作面采空区防灭火技术选择注氮和黄泥灌浆技术为主,并结合采空区堵漏、合理通风和合理瓦斯抽放等措施才能取得好的防火效果。 At present, at home and abroad to prevent the spontaneous combustion of fully mechanized coal caving face, only the use of pure fire technology, but not the gas control and fire prevention and control of the overall consideration, resulting in the use of fire technology has declined. For this reason, it is very important to develop a set of comprehensive fire prevention and gas control technology which can not only make the working face gas out of bounds, but also can effectively prevent and control the spontaneous combustion of the working face. In this paper the sea Shiwan coal mine coal spontaneous combustion, combustion control technology makes a detailed analysis on the nature of the oil, coal seam fully mechanized working face goaf fire extinguishing technology selection and nitrogen injection combined with yellow mud grouting technique, goaf plugging, reasonable ventilation and reasonable gas drainage and other measures to make the fire effect good.
