摘要
电极损耗是LF炉精炼过程的主要生产成本耗费之一。本文分析了石墨电极断面消耗、侧面消耗、折断消耗的机理。通过选择合理送电参数、优化造渣制度、建立精准底吹模式、设计新型加电极扳手等有效措施,电极消耗从0.53kg/t钢降低到了0.29kg/t钢,所述策略在成功应用后,确保了精炼生产的稳定顺行。
The electrode loss is one of the main cost of production in the LF refining process. In this paper, the mechanism of the consumption of graphite electrode, the consumption of the side and the consumption of the fracture were analyzed. By choosing reasonable transmission parameters, optimization of slagging system, establish effective measures of precision bottom blowing mode, design model and electrode wrench, electrode consumption from 0.53kg/t steel to 0.29kg/t steel, the successful application in strategy, to ensure the stable operation of refining production.
