摘要
稀土氧化物在工业和高新科技领域中的应用较为广泛,该物质在化学玻璃、荧光与激光材料、半导体以及原子反应堆等领域都将大量使用。稀土氧化物在进行纳米化后,所表现出来的电、磁、光、力等特性,都将使得它的使用性能得到质的飞跃。对纳米氧化物进行制备的方法有沉淀法、水热法、喷雾热分解法等。
