左手伪装笔迹的特征规律及实例分析

笔迹检验包括正常笔迹检验和非正常笔迹检验,其中非正常笔迹是书写人有意模仿、伪装,或因主、客观因素导致书写条件改变而产生的笔迹。左手伪装笔迹是经济犯罪活动中较常见的一种非正常笔迹,书写者通过左手书写来掩藏自身的右手书写习惯特征,以逃避法律制裁。左右手书写笔迹有较大差别,右利者用左手书写,易出现许多共性特点。通过统计调查,对这些特征的出现率高低进行研究,同时根据同一人书写习惯在左、右手书写笔迹中出现的概率高低将笔迹特征划分为不易变化的特征和易变化的特征,对不同特征出现的稳定率进行实例分析,使得文检人员在检验工作中能合理取舍并灵活运用。

Handwriting inspection includes normal handwriting inspection and non-normal handwriting inspection. The non-normal handwriting is a kind of handwriting which is caused by the writer＇s intentional imitation or disguise, or caused by the change of the writing conditions due to the subjective and objective factors. In this paper, the left-hand disguised handwriting is a kind of common non-normal handwriting in economic criminal activities; the writer uses left-hand writing to hide his own right-handed writing habit so as to get out of legal sanctions. In fact, there is a big difference between the left-hand writing and right-hand writing. If right-handed persons write with left hand, there will be many common characteristics. Practical research shows that different common characteristics have different occurrence rates in different groups of people, thus this paper studies the rates of occurrence of these characteristics through statistical investigation. In addition, according to the probability of the same person＇s writing habits occurred in the left-hand writing and right-hand writing, the handwriting characteristics are divided into characteristics that are not easy to change and easy to change. And case analysis is conducted on the stability ratio of the different characteristics, so that the inspection personnel can make a reasonable choice and put to use flexibly in the inspection work.
