摘要
交通警察核心职业能力既是道路交通管理工程专业实践教学的逻辑起点,也是道路交通管理工程专业实践教学的基本任务与教学目标。其锻炼可以分为专业认知、业务基本技能、综合技能、岗位技能四个训练阶段。适应公安交通管理工作的需要及其警务人才的可持续发展,既要科学架构道路交通管理工程专业实践教学体系,又要建设符合实战需求的校内外实训平台,还要规范校内外实训活动的管理,更要制定科学的道路交通管理工程实践教学评价体系,才能为卓越公安道路交通管理工程人才的培养打下坚实基础。
The core competence of traffic police is not only the logical start of practice teaching in traffic management engineering, but also is the basic task and teach target for practice teaching of traffic management engineering. Corresponding training program can be divide into four stages: professional cognition, basic business skills, comprehensive skills and job skills. In order to meet the needs of the public security traffic management and police talents' sustainable development, not only construct the practical teaching system reasonable, but also construct the training platform on campus and off campus. Then" regulate the management of the training activities and formulate a evaluation system for practical teaching scientifically to achieve the target of excellent talents training for public security traffic management.
